Do you ever read a blog post for a recipe, and wish the author would just get to the point and give you the recipe, already?

If so, today is your lucky day! Some of it is because I'm low on time, and I want to get this awesome Fall recipe to you before it turns into Win...

I've recently been thinking more and more about the hormonal birth control, because I see it prescribed in the clinic where I work on a regular basis. In teen girls and women in their 20's or older, it is often prescribed for acne concerns, heavy periods, or painful pe...

Wait, what was that?  I just implied that healing the gut might not be enough?  After everything I did to talk up a gut-healthy diet in Parts 1-4 of this series?  OK, then what about supplements?!  Shouldn't all of this be enough?!  I thought it was....

All I know is, our family can't stop eating ice cream!  I make a batch, and it's gone in 2 days.  I guess I'm doing something right, because none of us are getting sick of it.  But, gone are the days that I was the only one who ate healthier desserts.  Which, of course...

I just don't like the heat!  I LOVE summer, but only when it's 70-85 degrees.  Gosh I'm picky, aren't I?  I guess I can handle 90, but no more than that!  I don't even want to go to the pool when it's that hot!  Let me just reiterate, I do love summer....
